Library respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Filing a takedown notice

If you believe content on Library infringes your copyright, submit a notice via our takedown request form or email legal@example.com including:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  2. The URL of the allegedly infringing material on this site
  3. Your name, and contact information
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf
  6. Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice to legal@example.com with identification of the removed material, your contact information, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright will be terminated.
